Booking Conditions

• Room prices per person/day incl. breakfast buffet.
• Prices for apartments per unit/day without board. Minimum stay in apartment 7 nights, arrival/departure day Saturday.
• Wi-Fi access in the entire hotel free of charge
• Local tax obligatory (€ 3,20 per person/day, children under 15 free) payable on site.

CHILDREN'S RATES

Children in a room with 2 full-paying guests

• 0 - 6 years 60% reduction
• 7 - 11 years 50% reduction
• 12 - 15 years 40% reduction
• from 16 years 20% reduction

SHORT STAY SURCHARGE

• up to 3 days 10 % surcharge

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• No charge for cancellations up to 2 months before the start of your holiday.
• Between 60 and 30 days before, we charge 30 % of the total price.
• Between 29 and 08 days before, we charge 50 % of the total price. 
• Between 7 and 2 days before, we charge 80 % of the total price. 
• For cancellations 1 day before arrival, as well as if you do not arrive at all, we charge 90 % of the total price.

In general, only written cancellations are accepted.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry apply.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• 20% of the total cost are due upon booking.
• The rest is to be paid upon arrival.
• We point out that only cash payment is possible!
