Booking Conditions
- Room prices per person/day incl. breakfast buffet, excluding local tax.
- Prices for apartments per unit/day without board, excluding local tax (obligatory) final cleaning.
- Wi-Fi access in the entire hotel (fee of charge).
- local tax obligatory (about € 2.20 per person/day, children under 15 free) payable on site.
- 3rd and 4th bed - 20 % reduction in a room with 2 full-paying guests
CHILDREN'S RATES for children in a room with 2 full-paying guests
- 0 - 6 years 60% reduction
- 7 - 11 yeras 50% reduction
- 12 - 15 years 40% reduction
- from 16 years 20% reduction
SHORT STAYS
- up to 3 days 10 % surcharge
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- No charge for cancellations up to 2 months before the start of your holiday.
- Between 60 and 30 days before, we charge 30 % of the total price.
- Between 29 and 08 days before, we charge 50 % of the total price.
- Between 7 and 2 days before, we charge 80 % of the total price.
- For cancellations 1 day before arrival, as well as if you do not arrive at all, we charge 90 % of the total price.
In general, only written cancellations are accepted.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
- 20% of the total cost are due upon booking.
- The rest is to be paid upon arrival.
